Absolutely! Our classes are designed to be inclusive for all skill levels. You don’t need any prior experience in combat sports to participate. Our coaches are skilled at guiding beginners, and we foster a welcoming team environment where fellow members are eager to help you learn. Feel free to call, text, or email us to determine which class would be best for you! - How old do I have to be to participate?
Our academy welcomes members of all ages! Our youngest participants are around 6 years old in our Little Lions Program, and our oldest members are in their 60s. As long as you are capable and in suitable health, you’re welcome to join. Please note that we currently do not have classes for children under 6 years old, but we are happy to accommodate students 6 and older. - Are there Jiu-Jitsu classes near me?
